Setting Up Your
Technology
After completing your onboarding packet and hiring on in ADRE, within 48 business hours, you'll receive an email invite from Skyslope, iHouse and CINC (or viewalltucsonhomes/viewphxhomes) to create your account passwords... Don't see them? Check your spam!

Skyslope: Transaction management, required for broker review (contracts must be uploaded within 48 hours)
CINC (Commission Inc): Pre-built agent website complete with a home search, and contact relationship manager (or CRM). CINC also offers marketing campaigns, AI messaging, and a client APP.

Attend Training
If you have completed less than 6 transactions you are required to attend OMNI's agent training course, IMMERSION. Immersion is held monthly and covers contracts, buyer and seller timelines, technology, and mindset.
We also recommend taking a Transaction Training class, held bi-monthly at OMNI or online 24/7

Update all your
Public Information
The brokerage name must always be provided whenever you identify yourself as a Realtor (i.e. social media bios, posts or videos, phone calls & ANY marketing material)

Pro-tip, don‘t forget to create FREE business profiles on:
Google Business, Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, and Realtor.com
Don't forget to update your voicemail message with your full name and brokerage

All uses of "OMNI" in OMNI Homes International must be displayed in all-caps, as this is how the Brokerage is legally registered with the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

All signed contracts must be submitted for Broker Review in SkySlope within 48 hours.​

All rejected offers must be sent to: omni@skyslope.com

You must join an association within 2 weeks after joining a Brokerage. The association can vary depending on where you live and gives you access to the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to view homes in your area. If you need help on starting this process reach out to staff.

To find all real estate documents visit TransactionDesk. You have a membership with TransactionDesk through the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE), OMNI does not have log-in info for this.
